Covered Bridge Tactical, LLC (CBT) is uniquely designed to serve the needs of successful investment advisors.  By subcontracting the day to day investment process to CBT, successful advisors free the time needed to concentrate on growing their business.  Alternatively, a successful advisor may take the first step toward retirement by subcontracting the day to day investment process to CBT.  Either way, CBT is prepared to serve your needs while you maintain your key client relationships.

Mission Statement

CBT is an active investment, fee only, Registered Investment Advisor that acts as a sub-advisor to investment advisors.  CBT builds portfolios exclusively with low cost exchange traded funds (ETFs) to capture the full impact of our tactical allocation decisions.  At CBT, our goal is to provide consistent after fee market returns without placing client assets at unnecessary risk.

  •
  •  CBT is not a hedge fund.

  •
  •   CBT is not looking to capture every 3% move in the market.

The Tactical Advantage

A tactical approach adapts to changing market conditions.   Over the long term equities have provided very positive investment returns, but stocks do not move higher in a smooth line.  The long term advance has been punctuated by declines

that generally last three to six months, but sometimes last for years.  Our tactical model allows us to preserve client assets during these difficult periods.  This responsive, flexible approach lowers client and advisor stress during periods of unusual economic variability or high market volatility.

Pershing will also provide ongoing tax reporting at year end as required by law.
